Participants have the unique opportunity to learn the ancient science of Yoga and Ayurveda directly from Yoga’s birthplace of India without making the long trip! Yoga and Ayurveda are closely-linked ancient sciences from India. Ayurveda is primarily a healing science, while Yoga is a spiritual science. The combination of the two leads to a gradual purifi cation of body, mind and soul for the purpose of one’s physical, mental and spiritual evolution. Presented by the Lakulish Institute of Yoga (Gujarat, India), the course is led by


Swami Satyanandji who is an international expert in both Yoga and Ayurveda, teaching all over the world for over 16 years and co-led by Krishna Panchal, a licensed mental health therapist, who moved to India to study Yoga. She has a B.A. in Yoga and currently pursuing a M.A. in Yoga Education from Lakulish Yoga University in India. Through their vast personal knowledge of the philosophy and teachings, they are able to explain the techniques in a positive way that is easy to understand. Many topics will be covered (see ad on p.2) and a Certifi cate from Lakulish Institute of Yoga will be given upon completion of the entire course. Held at the beautiful Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mandir Temple (269 N. Klondike Ave., Orlando 32811), the course is Saturday and Sunday, Oct 22 and 23 from 9:00am – 4:00pm. With lunch included, the cost is $100 (or at door $125). Discounted rate of $75 for students w/ valid ID & seniors. And, a one-day rate if you can only attend on Saturday.
