Natural Quick Snack Recipes

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes, depending on how thick your bars are. You can even raise the oven temperature if you’re in a hurry. Keep an eye on them so the edges don’t burn. Let cool, then pull into pieces and eat!

Keep refrigerated if keeping for longer than a day. Because they are super moist, these reheat beautifully in the oven.

Blend all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Make a well in the center to add the wet ingredients and then start mixing! You will probably need to use your hands. It should almost stick together like a ball.

If it seems too wet just sprinkle in some extra oats. Too dry? Add a bit more plant milk or applesauce.

Press the mixture out onto a parchment lined baking sheet. It shouldn’t pour, you should really have to press it out.
