Husband and wife owners and partners, Nicole Georgi- Costello, LMHC, ERYT & Craig Costello, BS, ERYT have developed an amazing Yoga Training program rooted in the ancient Yogic teachings. Entitled “Coming H-AUM: Going Within to Wellness,” it is an approved 200-hr Registered Yoga School through Yoga Alliance, and will begin its 5th and 6th rounds of sessions this October. They present this training to those wishing to deepen their own yoga practices or desiring to become Registered Yoga Teachers. Offered one-weekend-per-month over the course of nine months, the training will encompass all of the yogic teachings including Breathing techniques (Pranayama), Mantra, Energy Anatomy and more.
