Of course, Daiwa always searches any possibilities to make it ‘wow’ but I cannot say anything concrete now, but the only thing I can say is we always open our minds to be innovative.

What is the one thing that you’d like to change about the company?
Daiwa Sports has 45 years history and we have much tradition, manufacturing rods and poles which I think is basically our treasure. However, sometimes this tradition causes us to hesitate to change easily. Nowadays, the world changes rapidly so we must speed up to follow the trends and develop new trends into the future.
What do you do when
you are not in the office? I love fishing, walking, reading and everything that is related to such activities.
