Karl Murphy joined the business in August 2022 with Geoff Brooks joining at the start of 2023, together they bring a wealth of experience that is already paying dividends in their areas and the business as a whole. “Bringing Karl and Geoff onboard is having a positive effect on the two territories already, shops are being visited frequently, and our business is growing with both existing and new accounts. Utilising their experience has helped the rest of the business, too, we’re getting better all the time in areas such as communication. It’s exciting to be involved with, everybody is pulling in the same direction to take this business to the next level,” Mike adds. There have also been major changes to the company’s processes and customer service. Ensuring that the customer is always put first, TronixFishing has adjusted its returns procedure and further tweaked its automated systems, making it one of the easiest wholesalers in the industry to work with.
