NATIONAL Butchers’ Week 13th-19th March, is fast approaching and independent butchers all over the country are already getting involved. Tis year’s theme is
innovation and we want to see the creativity that butchers have when it comes to developing new products. One of the first to get in
touch was Country Harvest in Ingleton, North Yorkshire, which took a hint from the festive season with its turkey and chilli sausages. Created by butcher George Taylor, the new sausages have already

For example, the rise in popularity of eating out over the past few years and the need to save cash has led shoppers to reduce restaurant bills by recreating the dining out experience at home.
