Slow payers put profits in peril.

Now is the time for action!

In 1997, the government, supported by leading business organisations, launched the Better Payment Practice Campaign. The purpose was to reduce difficulties experienced by smaller businesses in not having their bills paid on time.

The following year, the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest Act) became law. This was followed by the E.U.’s Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2013. Despite the substantial penalties that may be imposed on late paying commercial debtors by creditors who pursue the matter in court, the problem is still as bad as ever – sometimes government departments are the worst offenders!

Around half of invoices owed to small firms become overdue. This August, a poll of 1,000 business owners revealed that a quarter of them could have “gone under” because of their unpaid invoices.

The good news is there is an established, highly reputable organisation with a proven long-standing record of providing best-practice solutions for businesses large and small. In recent years, tens of thousands of clients signed up to their credit management services and they have recovered hundreds of millions of pounds from tardy debtors, whilst preserving maximum goodwill for their clients and their debtors.

This organisation is now launching a unique franchise offering, with the aim of achieving complete market penetration. The majority of U.K. businesses offer credit facilities to their business customers, so the potential is enormous.

Suitable franchise partners are sought to drive the brand onwards. Franchisees will be articulate, well-presented and of the utmost integrity; many will come from a broad business, military, sales or management background. Common strengths are that they will be self-motivated and possess outstanding drive and determination.

For S.M.E.s, who are the main potential client base, crucial decisions relating to cashflow, overdue account prevention and credit approvals are usually made at Managing Director or Senior Partner level. In selling a packaged credit management solution to businesses who provide credit to their customers, this opportunity will suit people who are prepared to work hard to achieve an excellent income and build up a substantial asset for themselves over the long-term.

Comprehensive initial sales and product training is provided, as is full nationwide mentoring support. A helpline is available 10 hours a day throughout the working week with most business achieved within standard office hours, Monday to Friday.
