A clearer identity The wider Core brand also includes Core Technical Services, focusing on building services design and renovation, and Core Interiors, delivering interior fi t-out solutions. For Braddick, separating these activities provides clearer alignment for clients and internally across the team. “The Core brand allows us to clearly defi ne the skills and services which each part of the business brings to our clients. Core M&E Maintenance is focused on long-term HVAC and building services performance, while Core Technical Services and Core Interiors support design-led refurbishment and fi t- out. Together, they allow us to support clients across the full building lifecycle,” he says. Operating primarily in London and the surrounding areas, the business will continue to support existing customers while developing new relationships with organisations seeking an engineering-led approach to HVAC maintenance, compliance and system performance. As buildings become more complex and expectations
around air conditioning performance continue to rise, Braddick believes the ability to bridge installation and long-term
maintenance will only grow in importance. “Systems don’t stand still once a project fi nishes,” he says. “Buildings change, usage changes and regulations change. Our role is to ensure air conditioning and building services continue to perform as those demands evolve. That is what Core M&E Maintenance has been structured to deliver.”
