ne-stop air conditioning specialists Coolair Equipment has announced a restructuring to its board of directors. Neil Gibbard, previously regional director of Coolair’s Midland office, has been appointed managing director, replacing John Otterson who has been named chairman.


Mr Gibbard joined Coolair in 2001, becoming regional director in 2004 and assuming responsibility for the Midlands-based arm of the business. As managing director, he will manage the day-to-day running of Coolair’s Manchester HQ and Midlands office, with the Southern office in Maidstone, Kent, remaining under the control of regional director Mark Garstang.
