LIMITERS/MONITORS The new safety temperature limiters/monitors (safetyM STB/STW Ex) from JUMO, which are based on the ATEX directive 94/9/EC, represent the latest state of the art in safety engineering and complete the JUMO product portfolio in this area. The compact and freely-configurable safety M STB/STW Ex with ATEX approval can now also be used for the reliable and early detection of potential dangers in the Ex zone that could lead to personal injuries, damage to the environment, or destruction of production systems and industrial goods, and as such SIL approval is an option.
