LOW COST 40MM KS 40 MODULAR SIGNAL TOWER Nothing new in a signal tower perhaps but looking at the key features of this new range reveals some surprises. Improvements in LED technology
provide exceptionally bright lights. The design of the lens cover Omniview for the light elements has been much improved so that a bright, evenly distributed light picture really is visible from all angles. The range is available in five colours with an optional sounder. Best of all, for the first time two light pictures, permanent blink or Flash/EVS are available in just one unit. A small dipswitch in the light element
allows the operator to select the light picture he wants for a given stage of the tower without the need for different more costly individual light elements.
EVER POPULAR 890 SERIES TRAFFIC LIGHT Helping to reduce inventory costs and simplifying installation costs, the 890 series multicolour beacon uses smart
electronics and LEDs to combine three colours in one unit; each colour is simple to select from the choice of inputs available in the beacon and you need just one bracket to install the single beacon.
ANDONSPEED TO SPEED UP LOGISTICS OPERATIONS AND REDUCE DOWNTIME COSTS Whether it be a request for new material to be delivered, assistance required, a disruption to the line flow or that work is running out Andonspeed calls up the appropriate intervention immediately reducing waiting times and making the operation leaner, faster and more efficient. Very easy to install and run, the WIN system uses the signals from andon lights (signal towers) fitted to equipment and machines to record changes in status which then allows you to monitor the efficiency of the processes, identify disruptions to production and improve the transparency of your operation; at an affordable cost and very easy to install and even retrofit to existing equipment. Response time and frequency of call outs are easy to monitor and evaluate.
