There are many ways to seek a Co-op opportunity. Securing a position depends on factors such as your involvement, experience, qualifications, location, and geographic preferences. YOUR CO-OP MANAGER IS HERE TO HELP


You are initially assigned a Co-op home manager based on where you live. Once you are employed, you may have a different Co-op site manager depending on the location of your employer. Your Co-op Managers will always be available to support you in the following ways:


„ Provide feedback on your resume „ Refer your resume to potential Co-op employers


„ Coach and provide guidance throughout your Kettering career


„ Act as a liaison between you and your Co-op employer


„ Facilitate professional development „ Support your overall Co-op experience, including providing advice on Co-op job offers and assisting with employment-related questions
