Please know that each student’s journey will look and feel differently. There will be ups and downs along the way as you discover the path best suited for you. Being open minded to different experiences is key to your success. Utilizing the resources and information in the following pages is the first step on the journey.


This guide is loaded with tips on building resumes and preparing for interviews with Co-op employers. Information about using Kettering Connect, our web-based database, is also included. It walks you through completing your profile, uploading your resume, viewing and applying for Co-op positions and registering for the employment fair.
