climb_ca) had several fundraisers includ- ing a men and boys only breakfast, where awareness was raised about the struggles of women and children in our world who are caught in sexual slavery. During the annual town-wide garage sale, the Freedom Climb ladies raised more funds by serving breakfast and lunch. We are blessed by the commitment of the nine women from our community who will climb the mountains near Fernie, B.C. this summer. A parking lot now fills the space where
our old fellowship hall and offices used to stand. It’s great to have room to park aſter a year of construction! Te Teen Challenge choir (teen
challenge.ca ) presented an evening of tes- timony and music at our church on June 9. Members shared inspirational stories of find- ing freedom in Christ from their addictions. Dennis Wiens from SAT 7 updated us
on God’s work in the Middle East at our June 12 worship service.

Richer Fellowship Church Richer, Manitoba Ben Funk, Pastor Tere is a keen sense of optimism
among the people in our congregation. Tis sense of optimism is breathing new life into this fine family. Tis has come about through intense prayer of intercession asking God to transform our lives into a sense of excitement and hope that comes from him. Tis is beginning to spill over into the commu- nity in which God has placed us. Our desire is to be intentional in following God’s leading and impacting our com- munity for Christ.
