Customer Care awards for Oasis

OASIS Travel’s two Belfast branches have been singled out for customer care honours in the prestigious Belfast Business Awards 2016. The downtown branches at Howard Street and Lisburn Road won the ‘Customer Service Excellence, Multiple Retailer’ in the Belfast Business Awards, organised by Belfast Chamber of Trade and Commerce with the support of principal sponsor, Bank of Ireland UK. Pitched against tough competition from the cream of the city’s multiple retailers, the two branches were visited by ‘mystery shoppers’ who assessed their performance and service. They earned their accolade by demonstrating to the undercover judges that they consistently deliver ‘excellent customer service standards by enhancing the shopping experience.’

Oasis Trave Managing Director Sandra Corkin is understandably thrilled at this latest win for her Belfast team. She says: “Excellence in customer care is at the heart of everything we do at Oasis Travel, but then we would say that, wouldn’t we? That’s why we appreciate it when our commitment to high standards is endorsed not only by our loyal customers, but also by an independent and highly respected organisation such as the Belfast Chamber of Trade and Commerce.

“The Chamber does a fantastic job in encouraging rising retail standards in Belfast and we’re proud to be part of that ongoing success story.”
