24 BIG TRAVEL TRADE EVENT 2016
XHIBITORS and Travel Agents have been almost running out of superlatives to describe the 2016 Big Travel Trade Event - yes, it was that
good!
There was a phenomenal response to the Exhibition part of the proceedings, with a real buzz from start to finish. The timetabling of the Exhibition, providing morning, afternoon and evening sessions was a winner - providing everyone with an opportunity to meet the various stand-holders.
Another remarkable success was the speed-dating which opened the two-day Big Event on the Tuesday morning. It got the proceedings off to a flier and the momentum continued right through the two days until things rounded off with the gala dinner and Blue Insurance Alternative Awards.
"There is no doubt our sixth Big Travel Trade Event was the most successful yet. We had a record number of exhibitors, a packed timetable of events, more travel prizes, and more travel agents than ever before," said Big Event Co-Ordinator Paula McAreavey.
"On top of all this we had so many generous sponsors. The RCI lunch was a remarkable success, jet2holidays casino night was tremendous fun and agents were so glad to rest their weary limbs in the
Exhibitors and agents praise The Big Event Etihad Experience."
