Is your mental living space furnished with second- hand, worn-out messages? Now is the time to clean out your room upstairs and replace the old, broken-down, negative thoughts with fresh, strong, positive beliefs.


To increase the impact of the follow- ing self-talk scripts, read them out loud. The more action you put into your self-talk, the better the results you can expect.


A. MY PHYSICAL GOALS 1. I really feel my best today! My mind is sharp, my thinking is clear, and I


feel physically healthy and strong!


2. My eating habits are excellent. I select foods and drinks that will enhance my personal health and performance!
