Do your products have an expiration date? Homeopathic medicines are very stable when stored under normal conditions (away from moisture and excessive heat or cold), especially in our amber glass bottles. For this reason the FDA has exempted homeopathic manufacturers from posting expiration dates.
Are these remedies herbal? No, while a few remedies are derived from herbs, the preparation and method of application of homeopathic remedies is unique.
Should I keep dosing until the bottle runs out? Not unless your homeopath or program advises it. In general, you can stop dosing when you feel a marked improvement or change, even if after one dose. Just assume the body has the message and is doing what it can. If improvement ceases, you can always resume dosing. This approach is especially apt when using higher potency singles.
Is homeopathy safe to take with my other medications? Yes, homeopathy’s micro-doses do not interfere with prescriptions, OTCs, supplements, etc. Homeopathy has no contra indications and because it works with the body’s own resources, it has no risk of habituation or ‘druggy’ side effects. Best to give at least 20 minutes apart when possible.
What role does the FDA have in homeopathy? Two organizations are involved in the standardization and overseeing of homeopathic production, the FDA and the HPUS. The Homeopathic Pharmacopoeia of the US (HPUS) establishes the tests, standards, assays and production methods for each remedy it incor- porates. The FDA uses HPUS monographs plus the same rules and regulations it applies to other forms of medicine to oversee and scrutinize homeopathic manufacturing, production and labeling. The claims for our homeopathic products are based on traditional homeopathic practice. They have not been reviewed by the Food and Drug Administration. Homeopathic medicines are not herbs or supplements; they have been officially recognized as drugs in the US since their inclusion in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act of 1938.
What if I’m sensitive to milk
or lactose intolerant? The lactose in our tablets is pure Lactose N.F. (National Formulary), which has none of the casein, whey or other milk proteins that are usually the triggers in reac- tions to dairy products. Also, the N.F. lactose in our tablets amounts to very little per dose (64 mg). If still concerned, you can ‘plus it’: put a dose in a small glass of filtered water, stir vigorously with a metal spoon and take a sip of that as your dose.
Are there any reasons not to use homeopathy? None.

I found this little nuthatch lying on its back, cold, with shallow breath- ing and wings splayed. He’d flown into a big glass window. I held him while my friend dissolved some Arnica 30X in pure water. After we put a couple of drops in his mouth, he woke up and righted himself.
