A refresher course in the ABC’s of homeopathy.

F 163

Through homeopathy’s highs and lows of the last 163 years, Luyties earned the trust of its loyal customers by making effective homeopathic remedies from the purest, most organic ingredients, and by packaging them in ways that ensure they stay pure and reliable at the lowest possible price per dose. No expiration dates required! See p. 35.

FYI: Luyties, Hyland’s and Standard Labs are the three oldest homeopathic companies in the United States.

Each has more than a century of experience.

Homeopathy Is...

a fascinating, curative and safe system of medicine with established principles for manufacture and application (see Principles below table of contents). As homeopathic medicines stimulate the body’s own healing potential with micro doses, it works without:

1. contra indications, i.e., safe to take with other meds 2. risk of habituation 3. chemical residues

4. grogginess, dryness and various side effects typical of other forms of medication.

Combos vs. Singles

Singles mostly have names based on the Latin version of the source such as Ferrum instead of Iron. Made from sources that are primarily plant, mineral and animal (mostly byproducts) singles are the essence of homeopathy. They employ all the principles of homeopathy for selection and potency and rarely have only one application. In short, single remedies are the beauty and bane of homeopathy. Pages 27+

Combinations have more common names like Sleep and Backache. They came along when doctors and

pharmacists such as our founder, Dr. Luyties, wanted to make homeopathy’s healing accessible to everyone. By mixing single remedies that address various aspects of certain ailments, combination formulas eliminate the need to match symptoms with singles for precise selection.

The difference between singles and combinations is a bit like a hose vs a sprinkler. While the former can hit its target hard if it has the right pressure and the right aim, the latter has a good chance of a few sprinkles settling on everyone nearby.
