mer and Priefert Manufacturing was recognized with the Above and Beyond Award. Brigadier General Tracy Norris and Lieutenant
Colonel Ronnie Clayton (Ret.) presented the awards at a special ceremony in August. Founded by World War II Veteran Marvin Priefert
in 1964, the company has grown into one of the larg- est farm, ranch and rodeo equipment manufacturers in the world. Now in its third generation of leadership, with 950 employees, Priefert is still family-owned and operated in Mount Pleasant.
