The Tomorrow’s FM Awards are now five years old and, with your help, we have picked out some of the best products and services across the industry over the last half-decade.


The FM department is renowned (internally, anyway) for quietly getting on with the job and making sure that day-to-day business moves along without a hitch. But behind every great FM is a great CAFM system, room booking app, mailroom operation, meter reader, scrubber dryer, gritting team or safety equipment… the list goes on.


But what product or service could YOU not live without? We’ve compiled what we think are the 50 standout products from the last year for you to decide. Some are relatively new to the market while others are veterans that continue to be essential to the smooth-running of our facilities.


In the past, we’ve recognised initiatives such as closed loop recycling and confined space training alongside more prominent entries, footfall monitoring, gutter cleaning solutions and safety ladders. The product or service that will be crowned our overall winner this year will be selected by you – Tomorrow’s FM readers.


Whilst nominations will open again in autumn for next year’s awards, we’re always happy to hear about new and exciting products, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you think we’ve missed a trick in our selection this year!
