These terminals offer a flexible solution, combining robust design and industry leading features. Their modular back-panel allows the terminals to be quickly wired up and securely connected to the local network via Ethernet, saving cost and reducing disruption for staff.
The server can be accessed on several designated network PC’s with clear administrative advantages such as simple report generation. Clocking-in is seamlessly completed by swiping tokens over the RS 21 time and attendance terminal’s easy-fit reader module and by using the terminal function keys, employees can also indicate the reason for absences and monitor their remaining holiday entitlement and overtime on the display.
