Propertyserve facilitates access to a supply- chain network of pre-qualified, fully-insured contractors. It then actively manages this supply chain, ensuring they are capable of carrying out works, have the insurances and accreditations and, as part of the bespoke online system, reduces risks as all jobs have accompanying H&S, RAMS or CDM requirements taken care of. At any given time, Propertyserve can find the right local contractor from across its national network whilst their cloud-based system enables clients to gain access to jobs and related documentation in real time and from anywhere.
