JAMIE WRIGHT PROMOTED TO MD AT


INCENTIVE QAS Jamie Wright has been promoted to the position of Managing Director at Incentive QAS, heading up the specialist cleaning arm of the Incentive FM Group.


Jamie has been promoted for successfully improving operational efficiency across the Incentive QAS business. This has required him to identify and implement best practice measures consistently across all contracts while bringing dispersed cleaning contracts from across the Group into the Incentive QAS fold.


Jamie explained: “The last eighteen months have been a transitional period. We have undertaken a substantial investment in strengthening our operational foundations. This includes introducing living wages where possible, unifying health and safety procedures, enhancing staff training and career paths and succession


EXPERIENCED TRIO BOOSTS TRUVOX INTERNATIONAL


SALES TEAM Truvox International has strengthened its UK sales team with the appointment of three managers, all with a strong track record in the cleaning industry.


Colin Gilkes (left), who joins Truvox as Regional Account Manager for the Midlands, has a background in cleaning equipment sales for both a leading distributor and a manufacturer. During his successful sales career, Colin has worked across many market segments including dealer sales, public bodies and the commercial sector.


Dan Alexander (centre) worked for a major manufacturer of cleaning and maintenance products for carpets,

fabrics and floors for six years. He is deeply knowledgeable about cleaning equipment and managing relationships with suppliers, vendors, sponsors, internal clients and community partners. Dan is now Regional Account Manager for the South.


Finally, Craig Manson (right) was Sales Director for a national distributor of cleaning equipment for four years. He has developed great expertise in advising customers on machine selection to meet their cleaning needs.


Craig’s new role is Regional Account Manager for Scotland & Ireland.


The trio joins the team reporting to UK National Sales Manager Stephen Pinhorne. “The breadth of experience our new colleagues bring to the sales team is invaluable,” Mr. Pinhorne said. “Having quickly familiarised themselves with the Truvox range, they are already putting their expertise to use for the benefit of our customers and the company.”

Jamie was Business Development Manager at Quality Assured Services when Incentive FM Group acquired the business in 2009 to form Incentive QAS, with Jamie transferring over to the role of Associate Director, Sales. He is the son of QAS founder Steve Wright, and has substantial experience within the company both before and after the successful acquisition.


Martin Reed, Managing Director of Incentive FM Group added: “With a wide variety of experience in various roles across the Incentive FM Group including Head of Sales, Jamie is the ideal candidate to take our contract cleaning business into a new phase of growth. I have no doubt that Jamie will continue to make a valuable contribution to the Group, he has already made excellent progress improving and centralising our cleaning operations, his acumen and zeal for the business earns him this well deserved promotion.”
