Luxury vinyl flooring from Moduleo was chosen by contractors to create a formal yet stylish and durable surface for offices in London.
Aspect Commercial Flooring Ltd specified Latin Pine from the Moduleo Transform collection for a recent fit-out of the Braemar ACM offices in London.
The flooring specialist chose Moduleo for the project as it met with the client’s requirement for a light, wood- effect tile in a Herringbone finish.

Aspect selected Latin Pine 24142 from the Transform collection and laid the floor in a Herringbone pattern throughout the office space.
Moduleo’s Transform collection includes both wood and stone finishes and is created to withstand heavy footfall, making it ideal for commercial environments.

Luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) respond extremely well to the wear and tear of office use and, as a result, can still look brand-new years after being laid. In contrast to traditional carpet and other types of flooring, LVT is also almost effortless to clean.
The wipe-clean Protectonite PU top layer on all Moduleo flooring means it is extremely low maintenance and therefore ideal for office use.

One reason LVT is one of the fastest growing floor products in the UK is because of its durability.
In the work place, carpets and tiles can soon become tired and worn with a busy footfall of workers and customers. LVT flooring, however, can be made to bespoke specifications to ensure that it is as wearable as necessary depending upon where it will be installed.
