AMTICO TO INTRODUCE NEW CARPET COLLECTION AT CLERKENWELL
F. BALL ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT OF LIAISON MANAGER, GRAHAM
WILDGOOSE F. Ball and Co. Ltd, UK manufacturer of flooring adhesives and subfloor preparation products, has announced that their current liaison manager, Graham Wildgoose, who joined the company in 1994, will retire from his role at the end of April.
Vinyl flooring specialist Amtico will use this year’s Clerkenwell Design Week, from 23-25 May in London, to launch the brand new Amtico Carpet collection.
Designed by Amtico's in-house creative team, the new Amtico Carpet collection comes with all the expertise, support and knowledge that has come to be expected from the brand.
Amtico Carpet will be debuting to UK specifiers at Clerkenwell, giving visitors to the show the opportunity to see the new designs close up before the rest of the UK.
The Amtico team will be on hand to showcase both the new carpet designs and LVT, as well as demonstrate how Amtico Carpet has been designed to work effortlessly with Amtico’s existing LVT collections.

As liaison manager, Graham has acted as a crucial link between F. Ball and floorcovering manufacturers, ensuring that contractors are able to benefit from the best combination of F. Ball adhesives and floorcoverings from
over 200 international manufacturers. Graham has also played a pivotal role in maintaining and updating F. Ball’s acclaimed Recommended Adhesives Guide (RAG), the flooring industry’s most trusted guide to adhesives and floorcovering compatibility.
Commenting on the announcement, James Igoe, Chairman of
F.Ball said: “The board of directors would like to express our thanks for the contribution that Graham has made to F. Ball over the past 23 years. He has helped us to create and maintain excellent relationships with manufacturers, resulting in a successful and expanding business.”
Graham, added: “In my role as liaison manager, I’ve worked closely with manufacturers to ensure that they receive the help and advice they need, with the aim of maintaining F. Ball’s position as the UK’s leading adhesives manufacturer.

F.Ball, there is a commitment to ‘do the best’ – this has assisted me greatly when approaching manufacturers and has made my time at F. Ball a very rewarding experience indeed.”
Graham Wildgoose is being replaced by the company’s former national sales manager, Paul Starkey, whose role has been filled by business development manager, Darren Kenyon.
