Internal repairs can range from a simple plumbing job to bigger jobs like electrical rewiring. No matter how big or small the job, the internal repairs service can tackle whatever you need done. Joiner Robyn Doyle, 26, said: “I
love getting out and about in the van and visiting customers all over the city. Every day is different and we do a wide variety of repairs for our YourPlace customers.” And customers are so delighted with the service that satisfaction levels have consistently stayed at
over 90%. Esther Ashcroft from Nitshill
recently had a blocked toilet late at night. She said: “I’ve used the service three times before, so I knew the repairs team would come out quickly. I called after 9pm and was told someone would be out around midnight, but they arrived earlier than that and repaired the blocked toilet for only £29. What a fantastic service!” The service is really easy to use. Just call our advisors, who are available 24/7, on 0800 479 7979. They will be able to give you a quote for the work needed, and if you agree to the cost, they’ll arrange an appointment for our team to come out and do the work.
Listening and learning
WE hope you never have to complain, but if you do, our staff will work hard to sort things for you quickly. We appreciate when any of our 26,000 customers take the time to let us know when things go wrong because it helps us improve our services. Between April and September last
year, 149 complaints were resolved - 85 of which (57%) were upheld after
investigation. We carry out around 1200 repairs a month, so not surprisingly the most common complaints were about repairs and maintenance, including the quality of repairs. You can make a complaint, comment or compliment by emailing talk@your-
