Looking back as we look forward

APPY New Year to all our readers! Looking back, 2015 was


a busy year at YourPlace – we completed nearly 13,000 repairs, processed over 1000 resales, dealt with over 25,000 calls - and that’s just for starters. You can find out more about our highlights on page 5.


Thanks to those who took part in our latest satisfaction survey. The results are currently being analysed and we’ll update you in the next issue. Over 1000 customers have signed up for our improved online services. You can find out more about what you can do if you register on page 3. Although the growing season has stopped, our neighbourhood environmental teams are busy all year round. During the winter months they are preparing the ground for the new growing season, and laying sand and cement to help minimise the weeds. They are also helping to clear paths and grit where needed when the weather is bad. Looking forward to 2016, we’ll be introducing new buildings and contents insurance contracts and exploring new services that could benefit our customers. We’re always keen to hear your
