into the glass and top with chilled sparkling wine.

This Spring, the Brockmans Gin cocktail menu celebrates seasonal fruits and vegetables.

The combination of the 11 intriguing botanicals in Brockmans Gin means that a seemingly complex cocktail can be created using remarkably few ingredients.

New season rhubarb is now available. This month we have a cocktail where this English Spring garden staple is one of the stars. It’s an elegant and surprising variation on a French 75.

Rhubarb looks beautiful and tastes wonderful with the berry and bitter-sweet Valencian orange-peel notes in Brockmans. Mixed with gin and topped with Champagne or other sparkling wines, this Brockmans Gin Rhubarb 75 is a perfect concoction for weddings or just to celebrate Spring itself.
