he person who I need to thank is my mother-in-law. I came into the investment casting industry with no experience. I had no idea what investment casting was and she taught me from the ground up. I would not be in my position today if it were not for my mother-in-law. And I’m proud to say that she was my best friend, my confidant, and she gave me the power to continue the business... and this is our 90th year,” Tina Joseff stated while addressing the audience after receiving a Lifetime Achievement Community Leadership Award from the leadership group, Elite Women Around the World®

Pour Cups ICP ceramic pouring cups are an essential component of manufacturing quality investment castings. The pour cup is typically mounted to the wax down sprue and becomes part of the ceramic shell. This offers the advantage of mold stability and a strong target area for metal impact, as well as creating a lowered potential for inclusions due to shell breakage. Cups are created from a proprietary mullite or fused silica composition—designed to be compatible with investment casting mold materials.
