1. LOVE THE INCENTIVE: Travel Options 4U founder Jenette Spirovski and travel consultant Natalie Kyte select Intrepid Travel’s agent incentive for August. The operator ran a Love Letters campaign that saw the agents choose the incentive for the month from three envelopes. They chose ‘Every Spin Wins’.


2. READY TO SET SAIL: Rachel Morrison of The Co- operative Travel in Ellesmere Port (left) celebrates winning a Disney cruise with Hannah Denton, Walt Disney Company. Morrison was the top-performing agent based on turnover for the cruise line across the Thomas Cook and The Co-operative Travel network.


3. POINT TO A WINNER: Celebrity Cruises’ Neil Davies surprises Laura Barnes of Thomson in Weymouth with a hamper and £250 in Celebrity Rewards Points. Barnes was one of the top 100 performing agents across the country for the brand in May and June.


4. IN THE DRIVING SEAT: Jody Tinsley of Polka Dot Travel, Oswestry, celebrates being the highest-performing agent in Mystery Shopper in June. She was rewarded with the use of a car for 10 days, some chocolates and a £50 Love2shop voucher, courtesy of Elite Island Resorts.


5. BUBBLES FOR BOOKING: Premier Holidays’ Dave Kneale presents Lynn Martin of Solent World Travel with champagne and chocolates following her £78,000 round-the-world booking.
