Fred River Cruises is to publish an India brochure after being appointed ‘preferred sales agency’ for an India-based tours and excursions specialist.
The operator, part of Fred
Holidays, is packaging up the India tours and river cruises of FarHorizons Travel to sell through the trade. The cruises are on board the 46-berth Mahabaahu, and sailings are paired with stays in luxury resorts. Packages include the Kolkata
Land Tour, the Golden Triangle Tour and a Kolkata and Bhutan itinerary. All three are combined with a seven-night river cruise on the Brahmaputra. A fourth option is a Kerala
Backwaters cruise paired with a trip to Sri Lanka. Prices start from £2,199 including flights, two nights’ pre- cruise accommodation, transfers and excursions. Steve Williams, managing
