2nd Place Small Kitchen: Katie Denham - Katie Denham Interiors
History In The Making. Restoring this kitchen for a Dean and Dean Tudor home was a labor of love. Research for authentic finishes was as important as increased functionality in this charming return to the 20’s. Porcelain hex counter tile, custom glazed subway, vintage style linoleum floors, Schoolhouse surface mount lighting and a custom hood design take us back in time.
2nd Place Medium Kitchen: Nar Bustamante and Ashlee Richardson - Nar Fine Carpentry, Inc. 22 NKBA ANNUAL MEMBER DIRECTORY 2017
Multiple functionality was the basis for this beautifully kitchen. With its separate work stations, accessible storage solutions, and the creation of numerous conversation areas, this new space is its own stamp on this lavish family home. Using the client’s sourced countertop materials was also a must when designing this space.
