The challenge - a traditional small hall bath without natural light doing double duty as the guest powder bath! The clean lined architectural style of the home leant itself to the use of large format tiles installed horizontally visually enlarging the small space. Dark cherry cabinetry with rub through splits and knots add a rustic note to the design scheme..

The sparkling full height tile backsplash at the sink, the illusion of a solid floating countertop, and the asymmetric pendant lighting flanking the wash station met and exceeded our client’s expectations. Because this room is off the main gathering space it also needed to welcome their guests in an inviting manner without creating a cavernous feeling.
