What to do if you are involved in an accident or hit the back of another car

• Be as vigilant as possible.

• Take photographs of the damaged vehicles to prevent any dispute over the extent of the damage at a later stage.

• Take full details of the other party, and if possible, any passengers and witnesses.

• Report the incident to the police as soon as possible.

• Let your insurer know that you believe the accident was caused deliberately and tell them why.
