I’m bad at math, so the equation 2n+2n is 4n to me.

A rule of grammar: double negatives are a no-no.

My student was late for class, claiming he was in the washroom. I think he was stalling.

O’Neill, who plays Mrs. Paroo, lives in a family of choir direc- tors. Eager to return performing after having a baby 13 months ago, Maureen shares, “I have played mothers before, but this is my first time playing a mother with a child at home… I’m in awe of John Shillington’s pres- ence as a teacher, director, and actor. I just want to soak up ev- erything like a sponge.” Mau- reen holds a bachelor’s degree in musical therapy, and hopes to pursue a graduate degree in theatre.

I didn’t understand the math, so the teacher summed it up for me.

I used to work as a high school ceramics teacher, but I got too close to the kiln and I was fired.
