Talk about epic!

At least 1000 miles cycled / Eight gruelling challenges / More than twice the height of Mount Everest climbed.

A marathon distance covered on foot. 130,000 calories burned. 100 litres of sweat perspired. Countless blisters. Aching muscles. And all achieved by four blokes – in just 12 days!

Alongside the 1,000 miles cycled the team also completed seven gruelling challenges:

1. The Death slide and 8km run 2. The Malvern Hills 3. Mount Snowdonia climb

4. Pendle Hill climb and 8km walk 5. Penhill 6-mile cross country run 6. Triathlon

They gave it their all for our chosen charity, Walking With The Wounded. So please, if you haven’t already done so, dig deep and give as much as you can to help them reach their goal of £100,000.
