GETTING MARRIED? – make a date at Tudor Park

If you are getting married, then make sure you have October 30 firmly circled in your diary. The experienced wedding planners at Tudor Park Marriott Hotel & Country Club in Bearsted, will showcase lots of ideas to make your wedding day magical.

On hand will be specialist suppliers

displaying floristry, room decoration, stationery, cakes, photography, and much more. Visitors can explore the fairy-tale gazebo in the beautiful grounds — a former medieval deer

park — peek into the spa and gym facilities, as well as view the stylish function rooms and wedding marquee.

“Wedding fairs are a fantastic way

for the happy couple to find inspiration for their day. And if they already have some ideas, they can discuss these with suppliers and wedding planners so that dreams can be turned into reality,” says Natasha Wadhams, Tudor Park wedding coordinator.

Here are five tips to make the most of Tudor Park’s wedding fair:

1. Don’t go alone, enjoy the day with either your future partner or a member of your bridal team.

2. Take along a notebook/mobile/ iPad/tablet for photographing details that take your fancy.

3. If you already have an idea of your wedding theme, bring along some samples – perhaps your colour scheme, your favourite ideas from Pinterest or magazines.

4. Allow at least an hour to look around and, once you have enjoyed a guided tour of the four-star facilities, take time to wander around by yourselves.

5. Often, the suppliers will offer promotions on the day of the wedding fair, so make sure you can grab them while you can.

Tudor Park’s Wedding Fair will be held from 11am and 3pm. Visitors can enjoy a glass of bubbly and a taster of the chef’s choice of canapés. There is no need to book, just turn up, and admission is free.
