Prominent Maidenhead firm Colemans Solicitors LLP has relocated to new offices in the town having successfully obtained planning permission to develop its Marlow Road offices that had been the firm’s home for the past 13 years
Colemans has been providing high-quality legal services to the residents and businesses of Maidenhead and the Thames Valley for over 65 years and will carry on doing so from its new home at Unit 5.1 Switchback Office Park, Gardner Road, Maidenhead SL6 7RJ.

On the subject of growth, the firm is also pleased to have recently welcomed new additions to the residential property and private client departments. Both teams have recruited in response to increased demand for quality legal services. Head of residential property, Louise Lyddiatt, commented: “The Brexit vote raised questions about its impact on property prices and purchaser demand. At Colemans we certainly have not seen any adverse impact on the local residential property market with strong purchaser-led demand prevailing. We have recruited Mins Bal, an experienced
licensed conveyancer, in order to help us continue to provide the high quality and proactive service that our clients have come to expect. Given the extent of current developments in Maidenhead, and those planned for the future, we expect to see the firm continue to grow to meet the increased demand.”
