THE LOVE AND SUPPORT FERVENTLY SHOWN BYWME SPONSORS IS WHAT HAS HELPED TO EFFECTIVELY CHANGE THE COURSE OF CHILDREN’S LIVES FOR NEARLY 60 YEARS. Dr. John Douglas, Sr. started this work in the 1950’s when confronted with 7 orphaned children in India who had been discarded and left to survive without anyone to rely on and with nowhere to go.


And after all this time, there are still so many orphaned and impover- ished children who need someone to provide them with hope —- Hope for a safe place to rest their heads and a daily meal to fill their stomachs, hope that someone cares about them and their future, hope for an education that opens up new possibilities ahead, and hope in a Savior who loved them so much that He laid down His life for them.


Every time members of WME staff have the privilege of meeting and talking with the children in our programs, we see it clearly —- Your sponsorship has made an impact at a critical point in their lives.
