Mission Mornings


Middle- and high-school youth served in eight different local venues throughout the summer. They read with children at Roosevelt Elementary School, helped provide food through their work at Second Harvest and Bethlehem Feed the Children, talked with Phoebe Home residents, worked at the Lehigh Valley Zoo and Gress Ranch, were blessed by Peaches at Jerusalem House while serving there, and painted curbs at FPCA! Each morning’s work provided new insights into the needs of the Valley and blessings those organizations provide to each of us. Of course, fellowship and a yummy lunch were a part of each day!
