Deputy Manager:
This exciting post is open to a RMN Nurse with previous experience in leadership and ward management skills gained through previous experience who is able to inspire and motivate others. The successful candidate must have a background in mental health nursing, although we would also encourage those with other core mental health disciplines with relevant experience to enquire. The role of the successful candidate would be to assist and deputise for the Hospital Director.
Registered Mental Health Nurses:
As part of the clinical team, you will assist in the development and delivery of care plans, support our service users with everyday activities and will play a significant role in assisting and encouraging them to engage in therapeutic activities and organised events designed to help them increase their skills and independence. £12.50 to £15.50 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications.

Glenhurst Lodge is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Service that caters specifically for individuals who find it difficult to cope with everyday life. As a result of internal growth we are seeking enthusiastic and motivated staff to work within this service in Maidstone.
Support Workers: You will assist in the delivery of support and care for people who have a disability and/or long term needs in order to enable them to live as independently as possible. Candidates applying ideally need to have previous experience in supporting service users who exhibit challenging behaviours. We operate 12.25 hour shifts providing 24 hours cover. Pay scales range from £7.20 - £7.30
Support Worker/Driver: To support the service and staff to facilitate activities and appointments in the community, by driving the vehicles (including minibuses as well as people carriers), whilst acting as a second member of staff for individual patients who require two staff to go out in the community, or as a co-facilitator for group activities. At times when there may not be any duties involving driving/ escorting in the community, the role will be to provide support to the service and engage in activities with patients as directed by the Manager/Nurse. Pay scales range from £7.20 - £7.30
