Santa Rosa, CA. ~ I have so much respect for all those en- trepreneurs who launch new edible products for the mar- ket. It takes a lot to do it cor- rectly, right out the gate. So, in preparation, I am printing a series of articles for 2016 on BBQing and simple cook- ing instructions using

Big Green Egg, a Webber & other
cooking mechanisms.
I am working with Buck Stoves Pools and Spas, a Big Green Egg Dealer(and also a long time friend), and Franco American Bakery for their wonderful bread products and several other local businesses to be announced as I print the stories. I am using all local products with local vendors to debut Wine Country Mari- nades and Dry Rubs. I’ve been
