BFBS Radio BFBS Radio is a fun and informative global station. Broadcasting from studios in forces communities overseas and ten local radio stations in UK bases, BFBS Radio connects military personnel and service families worldwide.

BFBS Brize Norton is one of our ‘live and local’ stations and recently hosted BFBS Radio’s flagship weekday show, the Total Ops Connection, on air weekdays from 10-1pm (UK).

Outside of the UK base areas, listeners can tune in to BFBS Radio’s national DAB digital service, with a brilliant mix of music, news, unique and award- winning documentaries, plus ‘in session’ programmes with chart-topping singers and musicians.

It’s perfect for personnel serving in smaller stations, remote bases, and for your wider family and friends who want to learn more about life in the RAF and the Armed Forces.

If you’re based overseas, BFBS Radio’s sister service, BFBS Radio 2, offers homegrown content alongside selected British broadcasting channels, such as BBC Radio 4, 5 live, and TalkSport.
