Being proud of your business can be a critical component to your success and have a huge impact on your employees and customers. We asked a number of cleaners and suppliers across the country, “What makes you proud of your company?” The responses we received were filled with genuine gratitude.

Wagner’s European Fabricare employs between 16-24 people, depending on the season. Wagner’s employees are devot- ed to helping their customers no matter the request, and are committed to working togeth- er as a team. “Being able to provide my employees with work 365 days a year gives them the opportunity to prove their abilities and excel with- in our company,” says Frank Wagner.


Wagner is also gratified by the company’s ability to pro- vide their clients with profes- sional work that exceeds their expectations, while still fitting their budget and needs. “We provide all our clients with educated solutions in the tex- tile care industry.”

TSC Wetclean is entering its 28th year in business and the Kantzaveloses attribute this longevity to one thing: “We love to clean clothes. We love our beautiful planet. Most importantly we love our cus- tomers,” says Dino Kantzave- los, who co-owns the company with his brother Petro. “The

love and dedication we put into providing professional gar- ment care, along with our strong commitment to customer service, is on display from every single member of our staff.” Doing 100% wet cleaning demonstrates to the customers and the community TSC’s dedication to the environment. Hav- ing been early converts to wet cleaning, the brothers provide professional consultation to other dry cleaners shifting to the process. They’ve also made branding a priority. “One of the nicest


compliments we get is when someone spots our delivery van and gives us a call or sends an email to say they saw our logo in action somewhere in the city. Truly a great feeling,” said Dino.
