“We have great employ- ees who do their very best for the customer,” said McCon- vey. “We all continually strive to provide our customers with products and services that will add value and quality with integrity.”

The company employs 24 people supplying Milnor products to Ontario, LG in Eastern Canada, and other brands throughout Ontario and Quebec.

LOOKING AHEAD, NOT BACK

Every company faces challeng- es as it gets its feet under it, moves forward and meets the difficulties of the marketplace and competition. For some, the adversity becomes a focus; not at Dalex. “There are always going to be ups and downs,”

said McConvey, “but we look at the positive, don’t dwell on the negative, and plow for- ward. We always have, and always will.”

Dalex plans to continue to evolve, bringing new technol- ogies and opportunities to cus- tomers. The team views educa- tion as a key ingredient to good customer service success, facil- itating and transitioning cus- tomers to new and constantly changing cleaning technologies. Helping customers do things ‘the right way’ often means breaking down old habits and ways of thinking, but results in bottom-line improvements and superior cleaning.
