The buzz I got from pitching my ideas in front of senior L’Oréal executives was indescribable. And it was amazing to let my creativity run wild, and be rewarded for it’. Another beneficial aspect of the game is that we are able to see the students in action from day one, check how they adapt to real responsibilities and how they demonstrate their understanding of our company. It allows us to evaluate how they understand and approach day to day business demands.


Key Learnings Points L’Oréal UK has participated in Brandstorm since 1999. The game has proven to be a successful recruitment tool. Even students who do not have the opportunity to go to the international finals in Paris or get a job with our company benefit from the skills they develop and the sense of achievement the Brandstorm experience gives them.
