Louisiana / Mississippi HVAC Insider Emerson Climate Technologies to Host “EPA Final Refrigerant Ruling: Its Impact on Your Business” Webinar

Special Installment of Emerson’s Making Sense Webinar Series will Explain the EPA’s Final Rule, Its Implications and Critical Next Steps

Following the recent Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) final rule on the delisting of refrigerants in commercial refrigeration and A/C applications, Emer- son Climate Technologies, Inc., a business of Emerson (NYSE: EMR), announced it will host a webinar to cover the ruling and its implica- tions.

The final ruling follows more than a year of specu- lation since the EPA an- nounced its significant new alternatives policy (SNAP) and subsequent notice of public rulemaking (NOPR). Throughout this period, Emerson has been actively involved in shaping the direction of the SNAP rul- ing, both by making public comments to the NOPR and through participation in exclusive industry hearings to discuss its far-reaching implications.

The complimentary webi- nar will be held from 2–3:30 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, Au- gust 18 and will cover: ● Which specific refriger- ants were delisted

The webinar will be pre- sented by Dr. Rajan Ra- jendran, Emerson Climate Technologies’ vice presi-
