Machinery International Corporation is proud to offer for sale this fully automated copper tube factory using state-of-the-art technology in all aspects of production and material handling. This fully integrated plant from melting/casting to finish product uses cast and roll technology to produce 1815 metric tons (4,000,000 pounds) per month of the highest quality copper tube for the water/plumbing industry and inner groove copper tubing for the ACR air conditioning and refrigeration industry.
All machines were produced in 2001 or newer by the world's best known manufacturers, including SMS, MRB Schumag, Induga Furnaces, and Asmag material handling systems. The production flow is computer controlled, and all product travels from machine- to-machine in payoff baskets that are CNC controlled.

This semi-automated line made by Smurfit-Stone Container Systems receives coils directly from the annealing furnace via conveyor. It places the coil on a pre-formed box, folds the box and glues it. It then stacks boxes and wraps the stack with plastic.
