More Entertainment + More Days = More Fun For the Whole Family at The Miami-Dade County Youth Fair March 12 thru April 5, 2015


Now in it’s 64th year, The Miami-Dade County Youth Fair & Exposition at- tracts nearly 600,000 guests every year.


It is ranked the largest fair in Florida


and one of the top 35 fairs in North America. Best known as The Youth Fair, it will take place March 12 – April 5, 2015 and is open daily, except March 16, 17 and 30, 31. For the first time ever, the Youth Fair will entertain guests for 21 days, instead of 18 days. With more days comes a commitment to offer families even more fun and


entertainment, including: Odyssey: A Magical Journey – An exciting, magical journey through space


and time that you’ll never forget. The all-new production features original grand illusions, hilarious moments of comedy magic, stunning costumes and a finale you won’t see coming. Streetbreakz – You


may have seen Street- breakz bust a move on popular TV shows like Ellen DeGeneres, Mon- day Night Football and BET Spring Fling, but now you can catch them per- forming live on our Main Stage. At this interactive show, you'll be drawn to the performers' powerful stunts, high flying acro- batics, and amazing routines. Arctic Games High Dive Act – Sit by the pool and watch several elite pen-


guins train for the upcoming Arctic Games at the Extreme Zone. This world- class high dive show is filled with comedy, music and breathtaking thrills. Cowtown – Back by popular demand and this time, it is twice as big! This is


an exhibit with live cows and goats. Kids will have an opportunity to learn how to milk a cow, know the difference between cow and goat milk, how to make ice cream, cheese, butter and soap and much more, directly from a professional farmer. It is truly farmtastic! Bruce Sarafian “The World’s Record Juggler” – It's not every day that you get


a chance to see someone featured in the Guinness Book of World Records but at the Youth Fair, we make it happen. Bruce Sarafian has held juggling WORLD RECORDS consistently since 1993. You can catch him showing off his juggling skills while riding a unicycle and much more at the main stage or around the fairgrounds. The Royal Hanneford Circus – Diverse performances will entertain children of


all ages under the red and white big top theatre. Acts include Housecats, the legendary Grandma the Clown, the Guacho Act, Cube Duo, Aerial Perch and much more. The Fritters - A select group of friendly, furry characters that stroll around the


fairgrounds begging for attention. Where there's melting ice cream, sticky faces and unsuspecting family members, the Fritters are sure to be close by. The young and young at heart will love these adorable characters. Tadpole and Katie the Clowns – Kids will love Tadpole the Clown and his


partner Katie. They are professional clowns, magicians and entertainers who will be off to a new adventure every day throughout the fairgrounds. Show-Me Safari Petting Zoo & Pony Rides – Guests will be able to feed,


touch or just watch a variety of exotic and domestic animals, plus back by pop- ular demand are the always favorite pony rides. The Pig Races – Come watch and cheer for your favorite pig. SkyRiver Butterflies Exhibit - Butterflies have fascinated people for thousands


of years, from their humble beginnings as a caterpillar to their emergence from their cocoon as butterflies. At the SkyRiver Butterflies exhibit, you'll be able to walk through the magical world of the most beautiful and fascinating butterflies.


Not only will you be able to learn more about the different species, you'll also be able to take part in the unique experience of feeding these delicate creatures! The Community Stage – This area will feature a variety of Jazz and Gospel


concerts, plus performances by magician Fritzner Paul. Beer Haven – This new area will feature more than 60 taps of beers, show-


casing some of the best microbreweries and craft beer breweries in Florida as well as traditional beers. A special Beer Festival will take place every Saturday. An educational trailer with a 5-barrel brewery system called the Great American Beer Station will show guests how beer is made. It is an 18-wheeler retrofitted truck and the largest mobile brewery in the world. Also available will be beer making kits, soaps, shampoos and other products made from beer. Guests will enjoy food from Juicy’s at The Outlaw Grill within Beer Haven, which is a retro- fitted tractor-trailer measuring 53 feet and weighing 27 tons. It is the world’s largest mobile outdoor grill, able to cook more than 1,000 food items simultane- ously. The Youth Fair will also feature live, one-day performances from well-known


artists, including: March 13 - Country Concert with

admits one guest throughout the duration of the 2015 Youth Fair’s 21 days (one entry per day) and includes a free 2015 Souvenir Cup. The Youth Fair Fun Card is available online and at participating Sedano’s Supermarkets. Tickets for The 2015 Youth Fair are $12 admission, $28 P*O*P Unlimited


Ride Card weekdays and $35 P*O*P Unlimited Ride Card on week- ends. Youngsters 5 and under and seniors 65 years and better will receive free admission every day, all day. Also, free admission on Opening Day and every Wednesday for all active and retired military personnel with valid I.D. There is also free parking every day, all day. chase the Express Access Pass allowing them to board all their favorite rides in an expedited man- ner through the Express Lane. Advance sales are an essential for The Youth Fair, with more than 643 accounts participating in 2014, totaling more than $2,820,870 million in advance sales.
